- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified in your booking confirmation.
- Pricing is calculated per group (up to 6 people unless otherwise stated). Any additional costs for custom activities or services will be clearly outlined.
- Payments are accepted via bank transfer or approved credit cards.
2.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to cancel@vipski.eu.
- Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- 60+ days before departure: 80% refund.
- 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 30 days: No refund.
- Non-refundable costs (e.g., certain flights or specific services) will be clearly stated in your confirmation.
2.3 Liability
- eu BV acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers, such as airlines and accommodations. We are not liable for disruptions or issues caused by third parties, including delays or cancellations.
- It is your responsibility to ensure adequate travel insurance covers cancellations, accidents, and emergency situations.
